After 8.75 years of sobriety, I found myself decelerating and coasting….and we all know the only direction of coasting is d…o…w…n. So I determined to do 90 in 90 (as well as to put other suggestions into practice). 90 in 90 has been essential to my continuous connection with the fellowship and my higher power, which has been essential to the increased momentum of my program. I have busy days and the ability to attend a meeting at any time, without a commute, at the drop of a hat, is the one saving grace that has made 90/90 practical in my life. Thank goodness for aa.
