Combined Committee Chair and Board Meeting

After spending most of the time and efforts in June, July and August trying to help to bring about a successful outcome of the 2° International Convention, we were unable to reach a compromise with the Organizing Committee, as we all know.

In the meantime, we worked and approved the Committee Budget for the year of 2024, which besides the translation needs for our regular meetings, also incoporates funds to organize next year an International Convention of OIAA.

At the same time, and with the feedback of the Board, we revised the Charter of the Committee to align it with the Principles and Mission of OIAA. It will be sent now to Board to review.

We are in the process of consolidating the membership of the Committee and working to bring onboard new members so we can achieve the goals that were set forward.
